Title: Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Location: Pasadena, CA
Non-exempt/part time, 30 hours per week, minimum wage ($15.00 per hour)
Pasadena Surgeons is a full-service plastic surgery office serving the Pasadena and greater Los Angeles areas. Dr. Shankar Lakshman’s focus of specialty is the popular “Mommy Makeover” as well as, all plastic and cosmetic procedures including injectables, breast augmentation, tummy tuck, Brazilian butt lift, liposuction and facelift, neck lift.
Summary:
The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will provide coordination and content for various advertising campaigns that span across Pasadena Surgeons products and services. The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will support marketing and social media initiatives aimed at driving business and revenue for Pasadena Surgeons and enhance brand recognition.
Primary Duties:
Plans digital marketing strategy including collecting, researching and drafting marketing and daily social media content under the direction of Dr. Shankar Lakshman and based upon monthly offerings, special discounts and seasonal advertising campaigns
Supports the creative development of marketing collateral and advertising such as postcards, fliers, monthly email newsletters and brochures for Pasadena Surgeons, works with outside vendors to ensure quality of final products.
Oversees special offers and marketing, social media campaigns to drive sales, makes recommendations for social media advertising and offerings (i.e., Facebook boosts, Instagram sponsored ads)
Provides daily management of Pasadena Surgeons social media postings and corresponds with fans, followers and other supporters across all platforms; Facebook, Instagram, Email campaigns.
Create bi-monthly social media data reports to access the success of various campaigns to review regularly with Dr. Lakshman and help analyze social media to better serve Pasadena Surgeons audience and drive sales revenue.
